Apparently a thief was in desperate need of a bathroom door... Police say they received a phone call from a home along the Cockshutt Road in Waterford of someone stealing their washroom door from its hinges.

Police are seeking the public's help in identifying a driver who drove past a school bus while its lights and stop sign were activated. It happened Thursday morning along Highway 3 in Charlotteville.

GUNS STOLEN FROM A HOME IN PORT ROWAN

Several guns have been stolen from a home in Port Rowan. OPP were called to the home on Erie Avenue on Wednesday after a break and enter. Stolen was two laptop computers, 5 rifles and a shot gun. The 53 year old home owner was actually charged in this case with careless storage of a firearm.

CRASH SHUTS DOWN PARTS OF HIGHWAY 24: ROAD RE-OPENED

A transport truck driver received minor injuries this morning after a big rig went into the ditch along Highway 24. The crash closed parts of the highway for several hours as it was carrying a trailer full of pumpkins, which police say ended up on the roadway.
