TEENAGER KILLED IN TWO VEHICLE CRASH

An 18-year old girl is dead after two vehicles collided in New Credit. It happened around 5:30 p.m. on Monday at the intersection of Mississauga Road and Tuscarora Road. A 50-year old woman and a 51-year old man from New Credit were both taken to hospital with serious injuries.

HARLEY DAVIDSON STOLEN FROM PARIS BUSINESS

Police say a Harley Davidson was stolen from Lee Munro Automotive in Paris. It happened during the early morning hours on Friday. OPP investigators say the motorcycle is valued at nearly $20,000. The Brant County OPP is looking to speak with witnesses.

It's back to court today for a 22-year old Simcoe father accused of severely assaulting his three year old son with a weapon. In August, the man was arrested after a three year old boy was taken to hospital with serious injuries. No update has been given on the child's condition.

Our police, fire and EMS services are coming together to take a stand against drunk driving. They will be joining our Mothers Against Drunk Driving on September, 19th, for their first annual Strides For Change. It's a fundraising walk that also raises awareness on impaired driving.

Officials at the Norfolk General Hospital are inviting the public to celebrate a huge milestone. Communication Specialist Gerry Hamill says they are celebrating "90 Years of Caring" at an open house on Saturday, September 19th. The open house will get underway at the hospital at 10am.
