Norfolk County councillors were given the kind of update they love to hear at a recent council meeting.
That was Brent Stefan with the Kin Club of Delhi.
The club, along with the county, worked hard to get this project off the ground.
Stefan didn’t come to council empty handed either.
Stefan said this was a big moment for the club, that is still getting it’s feet wet after relaunching just a few years ago.
He said some people have unofficially been using the park already, but they do plan on having a ribbon cutting ceremony next month.
