Haldimand OPP release the name of the man who died in Monday’s two-vehicle collision in Caledonia.
Officers say an SUV was travelling east when it went to turn left onto Mines Road.
As the SUV turned, it was struck by a black pickup truck heading west.
The driver of the SUV suffered life-threatening injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Police tell us he was 59-year-old Phillip Owen of Burlington.
An adult male, adult female, and a female infant child, in the westbound black pickup truck, were transported to a local area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
OPP is asking anyone who may have witnessed the collision, or who may have any information to assist with the investigation to contact them immediately.
