A former school board trustee is gunning for a seat with the Brant-Haldimand-Norfolk Catholic District School Board. Vincent Taylor tells myFM that he has a passion for education and believes education students receive is vital for their development, careers and well being. Taylor also has the experience serving as a trustee for nearly a decade.
His says if elected, he will continue to ensure student success and to be a voice for parents.
As for the changes made to the sex ed curriculum, Taylor would have preferred that the 2015 model remained in place. He says it was prepared after a long comprehensive consultation process and that we have to put trust in our teachers.
