Oxford OPP save a woman’s life in Tillsonburg with Naloxone.
Police say on Saturday, they responded to scene where a woman was home with no vital signs.
CPR was , but she remained unresponsive.
At this time Naloxone was administered.
Paramedics transported the 24-year-old female to the hospital where she was stabilized and is recuperating.
Naloxone is used to reverse an opioid overdose temporarily.
A hit and run in Hagersville.
The Haldimand OPP say on Saturday, in the early morning hours, a commercial vehicle was traveling down Highway 6 when it slowed down at a railway crossing near Concession 10 Walpole.
As it did this, a black pickup slammed into the back of the commercial vehicle.
The driver of the pickup jumped out of the truck and fled on foot.
The driver of the commercial vehicle was not injured.
Anyone who may have witnessed the vehicle or who may have any information regarding this incident are being asked to contact the police.
Vandals run amok in Caledonia.
During the Caledonia Fair on Thursday, police were called out after several guests returned to their vehicles only to find that they have been damaged.
Mirrors and licence plates were targeted.
