Be sure to look to the night sky tonight, because you could see something incredible. At around 9pm, Mars will be extremely visible according to the Backyard Astronomer, Gary Boyle.
Mars will be in opposition, meaning that the sun will be on exact opposite sides of Earth. That same day, some parts of the world, mostly outside the Western Hemisphere, will see a total lunar eclipse. Boyle adds that Mars will visible, mostly by its red and orange glow. You will be able to see it in the city skies as well as the back country.
