The OPP have made an arrest in their triple homicide investigation of three Six Nations residents from earlier this month. The OPP along with the Six Nations Police have arrested 36 year old Kirsten Bomberry of Six Nations of the Grand River.
She is facing three counts of accessory after the fact to murder.
Bomberry was held for a hearing, taken into custody and given a future court date. A publication ban on the case has now been issued.
The charges come after the OPP discovered three bodies in a pickup truck on November 4th in a field on Bodkin Road. One of the victims, 37 year old Melissa Miller was 7 months pregnant.
The OPP says that their investigation into this case is ongoing. Periodic road closures at the intersections of 4th Line and Tuscarora Road and 4th Line and Onondaga Road will be in place for the next few days as the investigation continues.
