Join Melinda's Enchanted Cottage and the NCPL in a celebration of Halloween. There will be vendors, crafts for children and adults, movies, games and costumes. Check out the costume exchange program. “The Peddler's Market Place" 
All Hallows' Eve. 
Saturday October 13th
10-4pm
Governors Square Simcoe Ontario (Norfolk County Public Library), rain or shine. 
Wander an emporium of magical treats, with lots of Vendors set up for your Halloween shopping pleasures. Each Vendor has crafted and created their items to reflect this spooky occasion. 
This Magical market place of vendors will be offering: crafty treasures,
ghostly appearances with South Cost Paranormal Norfolk, witchy Readings, Halloween make up artist, costume designs and so much more.
We will also add some local shops and artisans to our line up. 
The Norfolk County Public Library Simcoe will be hosting a......
Halloween Costume Swap
Book Sale 
and some planed programs for children from 10:30-12pm....more details to come. 

Also don’t forget to join us that evening for an outdoor Movie at Governor's Square. Movie starts at dusk. Bring your blankets and chairs, grab a snack from our “Candy Man” concession stand, provided by one our very own downtown shops, "Max’s Discount Convenience".
The Peddler’s Market Place, Movie Night and all extra events that day are free admission.
