A home robbery in Dunnville.
On Sunday, in the early morning hours, police say individuals forced their way into a Broad Street East home with a knife and demanded cash.
The suspects ransacked the residence before fleeing the area with a quantity of jewelry, clothing, and Canadian currency.
The occupants of the residence were not injured.
Through the course of the investigation, two suspects were identified.
A short time later, Niagara Regional Police Service responded to a single motor vehicle in the ditch where the occupants of the vehicle were later identified as the suspects involved in the robbery.
Further investigation determined the vehicle involved in the collision was stolen from a separate Broad Street East address.
