A sad conclusion to a missing Oxford County man investigation.
Police say the OPP Underwater Search and Recovery Unit along with multiple other police agencies located a deceased body on Foldens Line in Ingersoll.
Police have since confirmed that body is that of 31-year-old Thomas Rutherford.
All investigative leads are being followed up by the Oxford County OPP Major Crime Unit and OPP West Region Criminal Operations.
