Kim Huffman will return as Ward 7’s representative on Norfolk County council, according to unofficial election results.
The incumbent defeated challenger Warren Cummings to retain the seat.
During the campaign, Huffman highlighted her community connections and experience on council as reasons voters should return her to office.
At the Waterford debate, she defended the community’s water infrastructure and said proposed developments undergo staff review to ensure sufficient water capacity is available.
Huffman also supported the approved increase in council compensation, arguing it would make municipal office accessible to a broader range of candidates.
The results remain unofficial pending confirmation by the Norfolk County Clerk.
