A Norfolk County man is facing a charge following an investigation into an alleged indecent act at a business.
The Norfolk County OPP says officers were called to a business on Concession 13 Townsend on Sunday after receiving the report.
Through the investigation, police determined that an interaction between two individuals had taken place at the business during the afternoon of July 7th.
Police allege that one of the individuals committed an indecent act during that interaction.
As a result of the investigation, a 39-year-old Norfolk County man was arrested and charged with one count of indecent act.
The charge has not been proven in court.
