Police say officers responded to a 9-1-1 call at about 9:54 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, after an assault was reported near the intersection of Culver Street and Sydenham Street.
Investigators determined that two people became involved in an interaction with a group of three unidentified individuals. During the incident, one of the suspects allegedly threatened the victims with an edged weapon and damaged the property of one of the victims.
The three suspects then fled the area, with two leaving on bicycles and the third on foot, travelling northeast.
The first suspect is described as a Caucasian man with a thin build, visible tattoos, standing about five-foot-six to five-foot-seven and believed to be between 30 and 40 years old. He was last seen wearing a red hat.
The second suspect is described as a bearded Caucasian man wearing a green hat and a sleeveless jersey-style shirt.
The third suspect is described as a Caucasian woman with curly hair, camouflage pants and a handbag.
