The 2nd Annual Ladies Night Out for Hospice has raised an impressive $64,000 to support Norfolk Haldimand Community Hospice programs and services across Haldimand and Norfolk counties.
The sold-out event brought together women from across the region for an evening of entertainment, inspiration and fundraising, all while supporting compassionate hospice palliative care and grief support services close to home.
Executive Director Andrea Binkle said the Hospice was overwhelmed by the community’s generosity and thanked everyone who attended, volunteered, donated and sponsored the event. She said the money raised will help ensure local families continue to receive comfort, care and support during difficult times.
Presented by Edward Jones Women & Wealth, the fundraiser highlighted the impact of community partnerships and volunteer support. Organizers also recognized sponsors, silent auction donors and committee members for helping make the evening a success.
Funds raised will support hospice palliative care, grief and bereavement programs, caregiver resources, wellness initiatives and community outreach services, all offered free of charge thanks to ongoing community support.
