We are happy to announce new Seniors’ programming to the Waterford community and we invite you to join us!
These activities are being offered in partnership with the Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum. “Move at the Museum!” High Intensity Fitness Class occurs Wednesdays from 9:00 to 10:00 am at the Waterford Heritage & Agricultural Museum (*pre-registration required)
Join us for a well-rounded 45-minute fitness class featuring warmup, cardiorespiratory and muscular endurance, balance and stretch with a certified Senior Fitness Instructor with the Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging. Resistance bands and fitness balls provided.
Tomorrow: Vittoria Lions Wing Ding at Vittoria & District Community Centre from 5:00 – 7:00 PM
$20 for a 1/2 chicken dinner, happening rain or shine.
Tomorrow: Summer Darts at Delhi Legion from 7:00 – 10:00 PM
Running Wednesday nights throughout the summer $5.00 admission.
