South Coast Wellness and Port Dover Beach Reads are teaming up for a community discussion focused on youth screen time, gaming, and social media use.
The “Screen Break” event takes place Wednesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at St. Paul’s Anglican Church Rector’s Office in Port Dover.
Organizers say the session will feature a “No Filter” conversation about the growing impact of technology and digital addiction on young people.
The event is aimed at encouraging awareness and open discussion around healthy technology habits and mental wellness.
