Jimmy Riggin’ Ice Fishing Hut Rentals officially opened for the 2026 season on Saturday, January 24, offering anglers a full-service ice fishing experience on Long Point Bay.
The company provides guided outings that include transportation to the fishing grounds by snowmobile and sleigh, heated insulated huts, pre-drilled fishing holes, live bait and cooking equipment.
The huts accommodate up to six adults and target popular Lake Erie species such as yellow perch and northern pike.
Guests check in at R&R Outdoors in Long Point before heading onto the ice, with operations running daily depending on weather and ice conditions.
Reservations must be made online, with weekday and weekend pricing based on group size and demand.
