A traffic stop in Haldimand County has led to several charges after police pulled over a vehicle on Highway 6.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the driver was stopped late on October 8th, where officers discovered a number of offences.
As a result, the 21-year-old of Hannon has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, stunt driving, failing to stop at stop signs, and failure to surrender a licence.
The OPP continues to stress the importance of safe and responsible driving on area highways, saying high-risk behaviour remains one of the leading causes of serious collisions in the region.
