The 2025 Special Olympics Ontario Provincial Summer Games are coming to Brantford, Brant County, and Six Nations of the Grand River from July 10–13, 2025. Presented by the Wayne Gretzky Foundation and TD Bank, the Games will bring together over 1,000 athletes from across the province.
Hosted by Brantford Police Service, Ontario Provincial Police, and Six Nations Police Service, the Games will feature athletics, bocce, golf, soccer, and softball. Athletes will compete for a spot on Team Ontario for the 2026 Special Olympics Canada Summer Games in Medicine Hat, Alberta.
This year marks several exciting milestones. For the first time, a dedicated women’s soccer division will be featured—paving the way for Ontario’s first-ever women’s soccer team at the national level. In golf, the introduction of Level 5 competition brings 18-hole play to the provincial stage.
Meanwhile, the bocce competition will open at Six Nations Recreation Complex with a community celebration that honours Indigenous culture and inclusion.
The Games open Thursday, July 10 at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre – Rink 1, with the Closing Ceremony set for Saturday, July 12.
