A proposal to sell a portion of Old Church Street in Lynedoch has sparked public opposition ahead of a potential land transfer.
The family, currently building a single-family home, seeks to purchase the land to meet a 6.0-metre setback requirement due to their garage’s current location.
Neighbours argue that the area, once acquired by the County to support vehicle turnaround, is still used for parking and should remain public.
