The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating a mischief incident involving the destruction of a Pride flag at a school in Norwich Township.
On the night of Friday, May 16, around 11:35 p.m., two individuals were captured on surveillance footage removing a Pride flag from a flagpole at a Jerdon Street school and setting it ablaze.
Both suspects were wearing hoodies, but no further descriptions are available at this time.
The OPP is urging residents in the vicinity to review their security footage between 10:30 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. on the night in question for any relevant information.
