
Police have arrested two suspects following a violent home invasion on Ann Street in Delhi, with a third suspect still at large.
At around 11:30 a.m. yesterday (May 22), Norfolk OPP and paramedics responded to a break-in involving three suspects who entered a home, assaulted two people, and used weapons, including at least one edged weapon. The suspects fled in a white sedan.
Police later stopped the vehicle on West Street in Simcoe, arresting 34-year-old Kerri Ferris of Norfolk County. Hours later, 25-year-old Jahvon Lasalle of Brantford was arrested in Simcoe. Both face multiple charges, including assault with a weapon and break and enter.
The victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The third suspect, described as a male in black clothing with a face covering, remains at large. Police urge residents to check security footage and contact OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at www.helpsolvecrime.com. The investigation continues.
