Later this month, residents over 6 months old can get their flu and COVID-19 shots at local pharmacies and health care providers.
The Haldimand Norfolk Health Unit say October 28th is the date when they will start to roll out, noting that high-risk populations are eligible and encouraged to receive their COVID-19 and flu vaccines as soon as possible.
The Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit will be offering COVID-19 and flu vaccines to children five years of age and under but must be booked online .
Appointments can be booked at hnhu.org/immunize.
Adults and parents or guardians of children five years of age and older are encouraged to book an appointment to receive their COVID-19 and flu vaccines through local pharmacies or health care providers. Pharmacies offering COVID-19, and flu vaccines can be found at Ontario.ca/vaccine-locations.
