Today we are profiling Toyotetsu (TTCA). We got to speak with John Wall the General Manager of Production and Maintenance at Toyotetsu, Simcoe.
TTCA is a world-class producer of stamped and welded parts for the automotive industry, known for delivering high-quality products. With a strong customer base, TTCA thrives on steady demand, using daily planning and execution to meet production needs. The company operates multiple large divisions equipped with advanced technology, systems, and a dedicated workforce of approximately 1,200 people. TTCA’s divisions collaborate to maintain a productive and safe environment while upholding a fast-paced, hard-working culture that respects people.
TTCA values team member happiness and actively seeks skilled workers in tool and die, millwright, electrician, and general labor roles. Beyond manufacturing, TTCA is deeply committed to the community. The company recently donated $100,000 to Norfolk General Hospital for a new x-ray machine and supports local charities through food drives and matching donations. Last year, TTCA contributed $15,000 to the community during the holiday season.
The company also invests in education, providing a $1,200 Specialist High School Major Award to local high schools for students excelling in various fields. TTCA sponsors local sports teams, participates in fundraising events, and engages in community activities like the Norfolk County Fair, Rotary Club, MS Walk, and more.
