
In connection with an ongoing robbery investigation, one suspect has been arrested and charged, while two other suspects remain at large.
At approximately 10:40 p.m. on Friday, July 26, the Norfolk OPP investigated a robbery on Cedar Drive in Turkey Point. It was determined that four individuals were involved in a dispute on the premises, during which three of them physically assaulted the victim, stole their property, and then fled the area. The victim reported minor injuries.
Later, officers located one of the suspects at an address on Old Highway 24 in Waterford. The individual was taken into custody without incident.
A 15-year-old individual from Norfolk County has been charged with the following alleged offences:
- Robbery with theft
- Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm
Efforts to locate the other two identified suspects are ongoing. Authorities assure the public that there is no threat to public safety.
