A two vehicle collision in Haldimand County leaves one person dead.
The crash occurred on Sunday evening on Halidmand Road 20.
When police arrived on scene one of the vehicles was fully engulfed in flames.
The driver of one vehicle sustained minor injuries while the driver of the other vehicle, a 91-year-old, was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and was later pronounced deceased.
There were no other passengers in either vehicle.
This investigation is ongoing.
