John Kozak won second prize worth $69,978.10 in the January 24.
John, a retired firefighter, says he has been playing the lottery regularly since retirement and typically plays LOTTO 6/49 and LOTTO MAX.
John plans to treat himself to a new sports car.
The winning ticket was purchased at Circle K on Main Street in Port Dover.
