A Norfolk County resident is facing charges following an impaired driving occurrence Saturday.
During a RIDE program on Ryerse Road just before 4 p.m., Norfolk County OPP observed a vehicle attempting to evade their location. As a result, the vehicle was flagged down and stopped, with the driver assessed for sobriety.
The 30 year old Norfolk resident was subsequently charged and is scheduled to appear in Simcoe court on November 21st.
