The Delhi Flames is are back for another year of hockey action in Norfolk County.
It’s the second year for the team in the WOSHL and they can’t wait to hit the ice.
That was Captain Chris Donnely.
He said their goal is to really connect to the community, and have them come out and root for the guys on the ice whenever possible.
One of the ways to connect to the community is a scheduled open skate coming up on the 23rd in Delhi at the arena.
Donnely said while adults are hitting the ice, it isn’t a “beer league” and they want to show Delhi they have a team they can be proud of.
We also spoke with General Manager Doug Cooper, who is equally as excited to begin the season.
