A break and enter in progress foiled by police.
On Sunday, officers with the OPP, Emergency Response Team, and Canine Services went to a Thunderbird Drive address in Courtland for the reported crime.
Officers arrived on scene and took one individual into custody without incident.
A second person fled from the area however police were unable to locate that individual.
Charged with break and enter is 50-year-old Michael Mourice Vanthuyne of Norfolk County, Ontario.
