A local business seemingly destroyed by a fire.
Yesterday afternoon, fire crews rushed out to Sakura Sushi on Norfolk Street South.
The restaurant was closed at the time of ignition, and all employees escaped unharmed.
Firefighters were able to contain the fire to only the restaurant portion and the attached home suffered no damage but they say the food place appears to be a total loss.
Although no cause has been determined thus far, the fire appears to have started in the kitchen area of the restaurant with the investigation continuing today.
