A 55-year-old Otterville resident was pronounced deceased at the scene of a single-vehicle collision on Thursday night.
The incident took place at around 10:15 p.m. near the intersection of Turkey Point Road and McDowell Road East southwest of Simcoe.
Another individual was taken to the hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection was closed for investigation, but has since been reopened.
