The Norfolk General Hospital has announced their first baby born in the county for 2023.
On January 1st, at 2:43 p.m., little Harley was brought into this world.
Weighing in at eight pounds, seven ounces, the baby boy of Patricia Jacysyn and Jacob Schaeffer was delivered by Dr. Lisa-Marie Austen; midwife, Mahnaz Najafian and an amazing team of nurses.
Since NGH fully resumed labour and delivery services on November 21st, they have welcomed 23 beautiful babies into the world.
In honour of the occasion, NGH presented the family and little Harley with a keepsake pewter piggy bank.
