It is Small Business Week and today we are featuring Absolute Respiratory.
Owner Lyndsey Ross said from day one she has embodied “small business.”
Now they have expanded to having two offices, one in Simcoe and the other in Tillsonburg.
They provide home oxygen, CPAP machines, and anything else respiratory-device related.
Patients are typically referred by the hospital, family doctors, or sleep labs. Walk ins are available.
She added that, especially when it comes to health care, small business is better.
Ross continued by saying those small businesses know what they’re selling, are there in case anything breaks or goes wrong, which you don’t necessarily get buying online.
Recently, Absolute Respiratory was certified by Women’s Business Enterprise Canada.
This month $5 from each CPAP mask replacement purchase is going to Haldimand Norfolk Women’s Services and Oxford Women’s Services.
In November, all new patients meeting the requirements will receive a free gift.
Finally, in December, $5 from each CPAP mask purchase will be split between the Salvation Army Kettle Campaigns in Simcoe and Tillsonburg.
