The Fanshawe College Faculty Union has filed a group grievance calling on the facility to require masking in indoor spaces at the college.
Mark Feltham president of OPSEU Local 110 explains who is involved in the grievance.
He goes over the next steps.
Feltham added talks have to be initiated within 15 days of the filing.
He advises not all of the membership has signed on to the grievance, which was filed late last week.
