Norfolk County OPP have witnessed too many tragedies on our roadways, and enough is enough.
Constable Ed Sanchuk came in to talk to us about the Zero Tolerance-Zero Collisions Blitz on our local roadways.
The focus is on seatbelts, distracted driving, impaired driving, and speeding – all preventable things.
Officers will be out all across Norfolk looking for those who are making our roadways dangerous.
Sanchuk says the blitz is important in Norfolk, because our roadways have unique challenges other places may not.
Police will continue to update the public on charges laid through this initiative in hopes of preventing drivers from continuing these bad habits.
