
Norfolk County has a new head of the Environmental and Infrastructure Services Division.
Andrew Grice will be taking over as General Manager of the department on April 25.
According to his LinkedIn, Grice has nearly 15 years of experience with the City of Hamilton, including titles such as Director of Hamilton Water, Director of Water and Wastewater Operations, and Project Manager, Capital Works.
In his new role with Norfolk County, he will focus on several high priority strategic initiatives and capital projects including the implementation of Council’s approved inter-urban water supply strategy, the corporate-wide asset management plan, a comprehensive program development for municipal drains, Norfolk’s long-term solid waste management strategy, and all engineering work throughout the County.
The new GM is a graduate of the University of Waterloo’s Civil Engineering program.
