A new subdivision could be on its way to Waterford.
An application is going in front of council today to approve a draft plan, which includes 51 residential lots with 26 semi-detached units and 25 street townhouse units.
The map included with the application shows the lands in question is near the intersection of Nichol Street and McCool Street, and would include expanding Temperance Street West.
