Climate Action Haldimand-Norfolk is asking for people to hit the streets this Friday for the Global Day of Climate Action.
That was Cathy Fuller Salvatore.
She explains the walk is taking place in Simcoe in order to garner support, and specifically, support from the youth.
The walk starts at Toby Barrett’s Office, then goes by Leslyn Lewis’ office before going to the municipal office.
Along that way they are stopping by Simcoe Composite School.
The theme this year is People Not Profit.
The walk is scheduled to go from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
