While the weather may be getting a bit warmer this week, it will take a lot longer for Lake Erie to heat up – much to the dismay of several Norfolk County emergency crews who are set to go charging into the water in the near future for a good cause.
That was Constable Jeremy Renton with the OPP.
He is hopeful lots of money can be raised for this good cause, especially since they are able to having more planning time that the mad dash that was the 2021 event.
In short, whether it’s supporting someone running into the lake, or raising money so that you can run in, it’s all about showing support.
