A Langton man has been charged in relation to a fatal collision in Tillsonburg.
On March 8 at around 8 p.m., Oxford County police responded to a collision on Lisgar Avenue. Police say a passenger was ejected from a moving vehicle and then struck by that same vehicle.
Wyatt Chambers, a 26-year-old Tillsonburg man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
As a result of investigations, 24-year-old Kyle Cuthburt has been charged with Dangerous Operation Causing Death, Impaired Operation Causing Death, and Impaired Operation – Blood Alcohol Concentration (80 plus).
He is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
