An opening date is set for Dogwood Suites.
The Indwell project that has been going up in downtown Simcoe at the old Norfolk Inn building is set to open mid-May.
That was Leah Logan, program manager at Indwell.
With the current housing shortage in Norfolk County, there have been plenty of applicants looking to fill the 51 residential units in the building.
For those that have been accepted, Indwell is holding housing readiness programing to ensure they are prepared for move in.
Following a fire at the construction site in June of 2021, fundraising is still required for the project.
