With mother nature doing a number this year, you may see significant damage on some roadways, if you do here is what you need to know.
During regular working hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday), residents should call or email customer service.
ServiceNorfolk agents have the ability to generate a work order for the roads department, and are able contact staff directly to escalate priority if required for emergencies.
After hours and weekend calls should be directed to their answering service.
This agency can also generate work orders and will contact the appropriate after hours’ staff.
