
George Araujo has resigned from the position of General Manager of the Norfolk County Fair and Horse Show.
In a press release from the fair board, they say The Norfolk County Agricultural Society thanks Araujo for his contributions to the fair since joining in 2003.
Araujo says he wishes the Society the best in the future. He is moving on to other opportunities in the community.
As a result, the position of General Manager is now open. The board is looking for a strong, creative, and enthusiastic individual willing to take on the role.
The person chosen is expected to be a good communicator, strong leader, and have experience working with tourism, agriculture, and business.
Knowing how to write and manage a $2,500,000 budget is required.
