Earlier this month Norfolk County Council heard from staff regarding a unique zoning situation.
A red barn, which is located on Queensway West in Simcoe, was zoned down the middle of the building.
The owner requested a rezone to allow for commercial use of the barn.
This week, staff brought a report forward regarding the barn.
That was Nicole Goodbrand.
In the previous report, a neighbour voiced concerns regarding the volume that would be nearby their home if it were to be zoned as a business.
The motion to accept staff’s recommendation was carried by council.
