Oxford County OPP are hoping to hear from witnesses of three suspicious incidents in Tillsonburg.
Two of the events took place at the Kinsmen Participark on Concession Street West, where a male approached a female and proposed a sexual relationship.
In a third, separate incident, a male matching a similar description was seen on Victoria Way engaging in an indecent act.
The male is described as approximate 20 years old, caucasian, around 5’4″, with dark hair. He was last seen wearing a grey flannel jacket and a baseball cap.
