A Norfolk OPP auxiliary constable is facing child pornography charges.
The Simcoe Reformer obtained court documents in 47-year-old Todd Frederick Boylan’s case, as he was charged last week with theft at the Simcoe Recreation Centre.
The court documents show Boylan also faces a charge of possession of child pornography and a charge of making pornography.
There are two publication bans in place in the Boylan case.
Acting Sgt. Ed Sanchuk told us that the child pornography charges were not listed in original release because of the possibility of identifying victims in the case.
