Residents in Delhi can start taking a dip at the pool as soon as mid-June but it will be several weeks later unit Simcoe residents can do the same at their local pool.
The Delhi Kinsmen Pool, because it’s outdoor setting, is to re-open as the province enters Stage 1 of their Roadmap according to the county.
Provincially, the say Stage 1 is set to begin around June 14th.
The Annaleise Carr Aquatic Centre, however, will not be permitted to reopen until Stage 3 of the Roadmap.
This also means that all indoor programming at the Rec Centre and Seniors Centre will have to wait until this time as well.
The province will remain in each step for at least 21 days, meaning the earliest the pool could open in Simcoe would be at the tail end of July.
