A homeowner on Donly Drive South in Simcoe got quite the surprise last week when they looked out their window only to find a man looking back.
On Thursday evening, police say the homeowner spotted the man looking in through the back patio window.
He left the area after neighbours began to follow him.
The male is described as Caucasian, tall, with a thin build and shoulder length straight brown coloured hair. He was wearing a black dress coat with large buttons, black coloured jeans and white running shoes.
