Norfolk County is doing more to help seniors stay active while still practising social distancing.
Seniors’ Centre without Walls is a free program that 100% telephone-based so that elderly residents can stay safe in the comfort of their own home while staying in touch with friends and participating in a variety of programs.
Tuesdays in April will be dedicated for games that will get the mind working such as trivia, Deck O’ Cards Bingo, Riddles and more.
Thursdays will be used for a Gentle Fit class with the person on the other end of the phone guiding listeners along and providing simple movements you can do from home without equipment
